I mostly like this.

The problem here is that the boat on the right draws my attention (being brighter and bigger) and it points right out of the frame. Coupled with the pink clouds (which are an anamoly compared to the others) I think you've got two separate things going on here. IOW, I'm not clear on the subject.

Suggest:

Lose the right side of the image: the big boat, the two things behind its aft, and the hill in the background (and that cloud). Probably a 4x3 crop?

Idea: darken the foreground boat on the left, and light the white areas on the other two closest ones. I could be wrong about this. Maybe brighten all of the boats

Control the exposure of the sky with a gradient to try to balance the water.

My $0.02.

Love the blues.

I think the crop is better in the edited version but the colors and the light of the sky faded out. Would have been nice retain those.
