I would suggest that you cut way back on the watermarks. It takes away from your images. If anyone really wants to steal your pictures it can be removed in photoshop. I know it is an issue I have had some stolen. I use a smaller watermark and only upload very small file size... Love to see more of your pics....
You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.
I have it set up as an action to run at the end of my workflow and just haven't had time to do it, I have had people take the small size with that watermark, print it on their home computer and frame it
