Great shot, the back ground is very busy. This is a personal issue, I have a difficult time focussing on the subject. :beerbang:

You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.

Well done. Perhaps crop so there is more room in front of the bird. That might help with the busy background. :judge: :judge: :judge:

Also, that is an Osprey. Known as Fish Eagles or Fish Hawks. ;)

And, click 'Insert' when posting shots, so they will show in your thread.

Now, since I have run you ragged...:welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan

Don't pi$$ me off, I am running out of room to store the bodies...

Well done. Dori is right about this being an Osprey... easy for us Floridians to spot. :woohoo:

The problem with shooting birds like this is they always have some form of tough background it is isn't brush and tree limbs it is dazzling sky or really dark shadows. This was well captured. I agree the crop will work well for this. By making the bird larger and the background smaller you can draw more attention to the subject. :judge: :judge: :judge: :judge:

Also - great first post! :welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan :welcomeclan

Thanks Chasrich,
This is my first Osprey shot, and I agree they don't seem to sit in the perfect places...I will crop it. Has made me more determine to get the next shot perfect.
