Of course this would only work if you use a telescope and aim the flash directly through it...Darrell wrote: Great shot

Joie... try a black and white conversion then bump the contrast - it might sharpen it up quite a bit. I'd be curious to see the results:thumbsup:

Charles... Ask and you shall receive. Let me know what you think... B&W and adjusted the curves... No, not the craters or the shape of the moon....
Also, from what I read about shooting the moon... whatever the camera is telling you is right, under-expose by a few stops... Doing these shots has helped me understand a few other things about photography that I was having some trouble understanding.
