Arrested and Fined

3 years 11 months ago #683772 by Nikon Shooter
I took this picture about an hour before the commotion.

Someone called the police to complain about fishers in a small
zodiak in the nature reserve I (we) frequently visit. I (we) got to
know about the situation when, after it was all done, the same
police car parked close by.

The two friends — who are not from the same household — we-
re first arrested and freed after they paid three fines for:
1, using a floating craft near a damm — indicated as forbidden,
2, fishing in a nature reserve — they don't joke about this,
3, not complying with the distanciation prescription of a mask.

The local fishing club they belong to has the permission, for its
members, to fish here but only from the opposite river bank like
on pictures I posted previously here.

First off, great photo, the composition and colors work well.

Moving forward onto the story side of things - wow very strict!  How big is that body of water?

Self discipline and good political authorities lead Austria
to way better management of the actual crisis. I personal-
ly have no compassion for these guys willing to take risks
at the cost of their very good health system and society.
Spots on national TVs and radios are hammering day in
day out the confinement strategy and the distanciation
protocols… they ignored all of it.

They could not have entered without seeing all the signs
around the reserve and the damm.

This must have cost them… I donwanna know, really.

G'day both of you-
NS: +1 with Chester re the image

Chester - I witnessed 2 Aussie travellers each receive a $1000 fine from highway patrol police for non-essential travelling into our shire.  These two were 'clowns' and deserved it too

+1 Phil.

These behaviours in the actual CD19 situation are just
as stupid as D&D… among the many ways clowns may
show recklessness. Guns or viruses, or any other threat
— such as terrorism — are not to be taken lightly.
