I've been an avid photographers since my high school days - at least 22 years now, I guess. Started out in film, of course, but have recently moved to digital. Still learning this new stuff.

At least you have a head start, knowing about film photography. I have no background whatsoever, just a digital camera and the manual it came with. As if I can understand that!

I started with film back in 1966, Got my first digital camera (albeit a point & shoot) in 2003. Then got a DSLR in 2005...Still have all of my film cameras & a boatload of film in the fridge
