My Canon using friend put his name down for a 1Dx the day he first heard about it (he's a Canon Pro... meaning he's in their club or whatever it is).

Me... I have a D3s already. ;)

Good update, video is much better. A few more MP (a good amount for this cams purposes) and probably 1 stop improvement over the D3s. Oh and 1fps faster or something.

The 1Dx is a bit better on paper, but only measurbating tests will tell the difference.

Both excellent cams (on paper) and I hope both perform really well for whomever buys them.

That was a good clip, both cameras are so   I'm not there yet, but hope to get a D700 or D800 if released this year.

I totally agree, both the D800 (rumored) and the D4 seem awesome. However for me (a D3s user) the D4 has limited appeal.

Now I have to earn lots of cash to justify a purchase or 3. ;)

I hope this makes D3s's drop to 50 dollars. So I can buy another.

Yes, that'd be SWEET. ;) Even if it dropped to $3000 or something that'd be sweet.

I have a D3 and a D3s; however, if I can figure out a way to swing it, I want a D4 as well. I guess I like to have the latest available. Same way with computers.
