Nikon D2x Vs 4 Ton Volvo!

Dear Nikon,

Thank you for the many years of service your products have provided me. I am, however, a tad disappointed that the camera couldn't handle an teeny weeny 4 tonne Volvo 4 x 4.

You are off my Christmas list.

So sorry. Had the same experience with a cell phone vs. riding mower. It was a company phone and I told my boss I had a slight problem with my phone. Then I showed him the baggie with the remains. Fortunately the "contract" was up so I got a new one without cost.
I plan on making the remains into a "piece of art".

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Was this a moving vehicle at highway speeds or in parking lot? I don't think I have seen a camera damaged like this before! :pinch:

Reversing back into the loading bay, dead slowly. The back end suddenly popped up, teetered and then a horrible crunch. Gutted.

Yep...even I'll admit that that one is probably a lost cause. Hope you're able to get a replacement soon.

Sorry it happen, but you're not buying another Nikon because it didn't survive being ran over? Why don't you lay down, get run over and see if you survive.
