Sold some stuff and have $1500 to spend on gear, what would you buy?

I just sold a motor and parts from a '69 Mustang I had sitting around. I set aside $1500 to spend on new photographer gear. I pretty much shoot just about anything so all over the place.

Here is my equipment of what I have right now:

24-70mm f2.8
70-200mm f2.8
50mm f1.4 & 50mm f1.8
105mm f2.8
2- SB800's

What would you pick up? I have a D300

Nikon D300 24-70mm f2.8
70-200mm f2.8
50mm f1.4 & 50mm f1.8
105mm f2.8
2 SB800

How about a Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED IF AF-S VR for starters.
I have this lens and love it!

Don't pi$$ me off, I am running out of room to store the bodies...

A very high end tripod setup would also be in the cards if I was you.

Isn't a D700 like $2600?

He'd need to sell the D300 and maybe a 50mm.

I would save up and buy another body. Even a used one would be good

Personally the tripod would wait, and I would get the D700. But then again I'm shooting with a D80 right now and really itching for a upgrade.

D700 after selling the D300 is a good idea. FF is good to have.

I have to agree, the upgraded camera body would be what I would get.

But does it make sense to buy a D700 right now? Nikon must be getting close to launch the D800 or something new?
