Can guess what this is??

I just found some older photos that I used on another site I use to own.

Can you figure out what these are? They are not related in any way.

1 is maybe a roof or asphault and 2 is...a dried up brain?

My guess for number is shots from an airplane of the ground below at night.

the 2nd would be a cloth setting that you put under a lamp.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

You know what... few have guessed what you did. When I took the photo, I saw exactly that, a photo of Earth from far above.

OK... can you guess what the second image is. Funny thing is, no one has been able to guess that one, even with my old company. When I see the white towel and I post the image you will smack your forehead. :)
