Question about white balance values

When you take a photo with your white balance set to auto, is there a way to find out what number of degree's (k) did the camera determine to use?

Processing software or an EXIF reader should tell you.

If your camera allows the choosing of K scale for white balance, you could also use that.

Interesting, this is a good question. So even if the photo was taken with auto white balance settings, you can still look up the kelvin settings?

The EXIF that I looked at showed Auto. Maybe is depends on the camera?
