Moving JPG's around locally, will quality still get reduced?

Dumb question: Will a JPEG loose any quality if it's being moved around to different folders on the SAME computer? How about home network from one computer to another?

I was told if you email it, it will reduce it's quality. So wasn't sure about computer to computer or with in one specific computer.

Nope, no problem moving it from folder to folder on your own computer

If it transfers properly there's usually no problem.

Some websites will auto resize and sometimes reduce quality.

Generally it just looses quality when it's moved via email isn't it?

No loss of quality when e-mailing that I know of as I regularly send full size files to my editor without any problems

Unless you open and edit, no loss. It is when the editing software needs to re-compress that you lose quality.
Hint - If you are going to do multiple edit sessions, save as .tiff, then back to jpeg when you have completed your edits.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.
