R1C1 Wireless Close-Up Speedlight system from Nikon?

This is 2 SB-R200 mounted at end of lens to fire remotely with use of a SU-800 for nearly $700 bucks.

1. How does this compare to other flash systems?
2. Can you adjust the power of each flash independently? For example could I have have the right side 1 stop brighter than the left side if I wanted to?
3. Do the flash heads tilt back to make the flash beam go straight out, making the flash more useful than just macro photography?

I own one. Works great, power can be adjusted, and heads do tilt. You can also add more heads, locate them remotely and in multiple positions on ring, etc.
My only nit is it is a bulky setup, and takes some time to set up, but if you have the patience, its a great macro flash.....

Why so serious?
