ipad vs print portfolio?

Does anyone still carry around a print portfolio these days? Seems like everyone I know has their photos on iPads. Such a genius invention. What next?

I'm sure a significant factor is that anLCD screen can display a much wider dynamic range than a print can. So your pictures are likely to look much better on a screen than paper. (Assuming it's a good picture of course.)

A digital portfolio is a must, but I think a print portfolio is also good for some. My print portfolio holds 12"x18" prints. For wedding, portrait, and art clients it's nice. People seem to love big prints.

Day to day show-n-tell the iPad is great. But when it comes to my wedding clients, I want them to touch a nicely made wedding album with examples of my work in it. No substitute in my opinion.

Wasn't me :)
