Oh man, getting up is getting painful for me these days also.

Is the guy on the left using one of those Hoodman eye pieces?

My friend has one of those, pretty cool. You can turn it to 1x or 2x zoom on it.

I've got an old Spiratone right angle finder as well as an old Nikon DR-3...Seldom use either...

That is a relatively common position for me somedays. The harder ones are hanging on ropes and balancing to get the shot with the monopod.

Been there, done that many times. Actually I have found it's better and easier to just lay on the ground to get the shot, instead of squating, kneeling or sitting.

I had people look at me like WTF are you taking a picture of that you need to get that close. lol

I have a right angle finder, they are pretty cool and helps alot in situations like the picture above.
