Yes they do. Beware of "Bill me later", make sure you understand the terms. If you are going to finance something, make absolutely sure you can pay it off in six months. After that, you are back charged interest on the total sale, NOT the remaining balance.....
You might be much better off going to the bank for a loan. They have a lot of money to loan at present.....
