editing again.

Been dormant for months, haven't edited in a long time. Started doing it last night. These shots are quite random and not what I consider top tier work.

Fun none the less though.

First two are me basically messing around with topaz adjust. I'd highly recommend this plugin.

First one going for an hdr feel but not too heavy into it.

Second i'm mainly using the plugin to bring out texture and detail.

3rd image is me messing with Dodge in photoshop to make a plain picture look like warm sunlight bathing every object on the bench.

Original.

Edit in progress.

As soon as I can, I want to get to te Bronx Zoo, and see what I can get with the 300mm f/4 on the D3s and te D200.

I'm agreeing with John on this one. The pump shot is my favorite, looks like you can reach out and touch these.

The second one would look really cool if you selective coloured all the white and then did a full HDR. Needs an inverted vignette too. That would spice it up quite a bit.
In the last edit, the background looks really blown out... Might want to try under exposing next time.

Exposure is pushed on purpose. You would like it if I selective colored ANYTHING . :watching:

No, I've had it a while, just seldom take it because it is such a beast to carry. But it fits in the Billingham 307, and I'd like to try some creature shots.

Gonna have to agree to disagree on that one.

The edited image clearly shows the window being blown out, to emphasize the sun coming through and filling the room with light. It was effectively done, IMO. Not that I disliked the original; it's nice as well.

300 f/4 a beast? Man I would hate to see you with a 400 2.8!
