Frame repair

I have a large photo frame that has one of the corner seams that has opened up.  I have closed it up and put Gorilla glue on it, but now it dried and it re-opened up while it was drying and of course now its hard as a rock and has a permanent crack.  Is there a filler that I can use to fill in the crack?  It's a brown finish.  I guess I'm going to be looking for something that has some color options that I can get as close to the color that I need.  I'm wondering if there is a color putty that I should use?

There are stainable wood fillers available. That and a "furniture scratch" stick of matching color should work.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Wish I could see it. Without seeing it I'd suggest driving a few 3/8th staples in the back across the seam. Then on the front side use a tooth pic and dribble a little clear epoxy in it. When I make frames I glue first and shoot 1 1/4" nails in the corner's. Once the glue set's, I put in the staples and then put the clear epoxy on each corner on the face. The clear epoxy will let through the color under it and remove the crack. If need be, drip a bit of dark stain in the crack first.
