Did you guys have a lawyer from scratch make you a contract or did you use a service like legal zoom and get a pre-made contract?

A bit of both, buy the canned version from LegaZoom and then have your attorney modify that to suit your needs.  That way you save on legal cost.

:agree:    Pay $40 for the template and have your attorney spend 1 maybe 2 hours on tweaking it VS attorney spending 8 hours righting from scratch.

+1 PPA will have all the specific contracts you need.
