Do you ask clients to leave review on Yelp?

Just wondering if I should ask clients to do so.  And better yet, with a ton of positive reviews, how would that translate into new client acquisitions?

Any experience with Yelp?

Yelp is overrated and flawed IMO.  I wouldn't worry to much about it.  I would rather ask the clients for referrals if I'm going to ask them anything.

Keep walking.  IMO there are much better areas to focus on than Yelp.  I happen to agree with the referral suggestions that have been made so far.  I think too many people get caught up in Yelp reviews.

All you need to do is search on Google for bogus Yelp reviews and  you'll have a tough time reading them all any time soon.  Really, as pointed out already.  Focus on getting referrals, let the reviews like this be organic.

It can't hurt, but I wouldn't spend a lot of efforts there
