Your top 3 lenses?

As I sit here with a crazy head ache, remnant of a wild New Years eve party.  Too lazy to do anything, I'll make some discussions here.

I'm snooping around on B&H and Adorama, and thinking about some new goodies for 2015.  Might as well look at some glass.

So post up your top 3 lenses that you use the most.

Depends what I'm doing, but 70-200 f/2.8 and 24-105 f/4.0 are the two that get the most use by far.

I'll throw a curve and say 3 favorite of mine are primes:  35mm, 50mm, and 85mm

70-200mm, then 105mm and I would have to say 24-70mm

I am still fairly new to this crazy world of photography so I haven't tried out all the lenses yet, but I like my 300 telephoto and my 100 macro.  I don't know if I like the general wide angle lens but I will keep shooting and see what happens.

I have a D7100 that has my 300 f/4 on it 95% of the time.....;)

Why so serious?

70-200mm is the best lens IMHO

Well my 40mm Micro is on my camera a lot. Then I have my 18-55 as a backup, and then 10.5 as well. It really depends on my mood. Those are just my generic walk arounds. If I am doing any planned days then I have other lenses for those purposes. I need to start doing more planned shoots though so my other glass gets more use. That I guess will be one of my goals this year it to do more macro, and still life shooting.

40mm pancake is an awesome lens!  I use this lens a lot myself!

In my bag, my most used items are a 70-300 f4.5-5.6, 14-24 f2.8 and a 50mm f1.8. If I could pick my most wanted lenses. Id go with the 14-24 (I use mine a hell of a lot more often than I thought I would) I would also pick a 70-200 and a 85mm 1.4 or 1.2

The Micro not the pancake. Though I would not mind having that lens as well even though I already have that FL. Either way when I am walking around I like light, and easy.
