Visited Yellowstone National Park recently and was able to take this pic of a bison 5 feet away. He was relaxing next to steam vent and I was on the boardwalk. The other shot was taken at the overlook of Grand Prismatic Spring. This is the third largest hot spring in the world and the largest in the US.

I got some Neewer 660 LED panels.
I'm actually quite impressed for the price. I wouldn't recommend it if someone had a decent sized budget but they get the job done for my purposes.

Just got the 80D and was trying out the 24mm 2.8 lens.  Now if I knew how to work DPP good enough to correct my images.

Early morning drive and stop at lookout north-west of Sydney .  Think to self : crazy fog clouds and light beams  building up over distant escarpments ,  and mother nature delivers right on cue .  Two shots with Canon 5D + 135 mm lens , stitched and edited in Photoshop to maximise the storm effect .

Recent sunrise trip to local city lake.  Jumped out of car as I arrived to capture this hand-held image before it changed with the light.  Minimal PP tweaking
