Photography certifications that are out there?

I read a list of photography certifications not to long ago and can't seem to find where in the world I saw that.

Do you happen to know of a certification you can get that relates to photography in some manner?

If it's not to much trouble, please post it here.  Thanks!

A good portfolio is going to bring you more business than any certification.

There was a thread on the subject a few weeks ago with a few resources within it – perhaps that's what you were thinking of?

PPA has their own system which member photographers can use to show they've achieved a certain level of expertise.

There isn't any universal certification or licensing across the board for photographers. You could become a registered business, and some states apparently have some type of specific registration (mine doesn't).
