Cost to develop a photo in 1915?

Just out of curiosity, if you had a camera back in 1915, how long did it take back then to develop a single photo?  Did many regular people have cameras for private use?

Speaking of which, when did camera become a more common item for households?

No idea on cost of developing film in 1915, but wasn't it the 1940's that cameras became more streamline into homes?

Wiki keeps showing mid 1990's.  Huh?

I don't think so .  I would guess 1950's sometime.

"Although methods for developing color photos were available as early as 1861, they did not become widely available until the 1940s or 1950s, and even so, until the1960s most photographs were taken in black and white."
