$34 Breakthrough Photography 67mm to 82mm Step-Up ring??

I need a 67mm to 82mm step up ring.  I've noticed most are around $10-$14 or so.  Then I just came across this one from Breakthrough for $34.   Can someone help me out with the price logic here?

The keyword in the description is BRASS… go for it! :P

"CNC MACHINED BRASS ADAPTER RING: We manufacture this
step-up ring with brass and then apply a matte black electroplated
finish, which withstands corrosion and other abrasive elements of-
ten encountered in outdoor photography."

Most step-up rings are cheap, and easily bent/warped. Brass is much stronger, and less likely to cause you problems with installation, removal, and general use.

In other words, it's a quality issue. You get what you pay for.

Feels nice in the hands.  I like the weight.  When you hold one of these next to a $10, you'll see very fast where you money is going.

Can't talk about these rings, but will say that I have their polarized filter and it's very well made.

Carter, I just responded to your PM.  But heck yes, go for it.  These are very good quality step up rings.

You get what you pay for.  Brass cost a lot more than aluminum.
