On site printing equipment

Hey guys I'm new here, this is my 1st post. I'll start out by staying I'm not a photographer, I'm a screen printer. A few years ago I started doing some sporting events that we compete in, we sell  the event shirts, and a few other things on site. Since then I've wanted to add on site Photography. But didn't want to step on any photographers area. So I've got an idea to use the local photographers from each area or event we do.

1st I would announce when photos would be ready, probably 2 times, once around noon, and once later in the afternoon, most of these events are 2 days. Then the photographer could dump the photos into a laptop, at those times, hooked to 3 or 4 tablets, let the person pick the photo from the tablet, and print it.

I don't plan on doing any editing, the only thing I would want to do is have 2-3 pre made Templates that people could add, and have them as a display only not on the tablets, then if they wanted one,  I guess I would have to pop it in on the laptop, other than that no editing

I know I'll need a dye sub printer, and have one picked out, I would probably do mostly 8x10's I've talked to a few of the photographers and they are excited, some I know well, and use their photos for my shirts, and give them a credit on the event shirt.

So my question is what do I really need to pull this off, what am I missing? Could I use the tablets as a kiosk? Through Bluetooth? Or will I need some cheap laptops hardwired? What are some advise from others who have done this? I know I'm not the only one, and have tried to do a little research, with few results

The printer I'm looking at will be a DNP DS820, it comes with software, I have Corel, what other software will I need, I've got till next season to put all this together, but would like to get it going as soon as possible, because I know I'll have to work out kinks and learn to use everything, thanks in advance for any info

If nobody else here does this type of work, or if nobody seems to have any advise, is there another site or forum that you guys could point me at. I've tried to look up as much as I can on the internet, not sure if I'm not typing key words, or using wrong terminology. Just was hoping for some useful info, on software, and things I'd need to pull this off, and of the set up I described would work

Maybe you could find a system developer through Adorama or B&H to help you. I think we are mostly photographers here, and not that well versed on putting together systems like you are attempting. Someone who has assembled systems like this is what you should be looking for.
