Problems with Mpix?

I just had a print come in and it was badly wrinkled. I was wondering if anyone has had issues with this company?

Well I just sent email to their support. Who are you using for albums?

Never any problems here. I'm sure they will take care of you. They are a big company and I bet it was just a accident. The tube it came in, was it damaged?

I've had a number of albums done by MyPublisher (through Costco for the discount) and never been disappointed, including a wedding album.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

They will reprint your photo, and overnight ship it to you, at least that's been my experience the very few times I've had any problems with my Mpix orders. I have placed thousands of print orders with Mpix over the last eight years, and received tens of thousands of prints. I think I've had to have them fix something twice, which IMO is an amazing track record. They have always helped me out quickly and to my great satisfaction.
