Missing:

bokeh
color space
reciprocity
reciprocity failure
stop
f/stop
middle gray or 18% gray
flash sync speed or sync speed
zone system
push
pull
dodge
burn
vignette
image circle or circle of coverage
circle of confusion
diffraction or aperture diffraction
dynamic range
slow sync or shutter drag
ppi
format
incident light meter
reflective light meter
tone
contrast
saturation
channel mixer
raw file
multi-coating
zone focusing
depth of field scale
inverse square law
guide number

Questionable:

doubling concept: In 20 years of studying photography I've never heard of it, and can't seem to find any reference to it on the internet. A good definition of stop and reciprocity would replace it, or possibly just listing the standard, 1 stop increment scales under aperture, shutter, and ISO.

exposure combinations: this is normally called reciprocity.

Actually I saw quite I few definitions that I thought were strangely explained or questionable.

For instance:

"Lens Wide-Angle
A wide-angle lens is any lens with a focal length smaller than what is standard for the camera format. For most digital cameras, 50mm is the standard length, so a 35mm lens would be considered wide angle."

50mm is normal for 35mm format. The vast majority of digital cameras are smaller than 35mm format. 35mm would be normal or longer on APS-C format, micro 4/3, any compact camera, etc...

"Hyperfocal Focusing
This is a technique that will help you manipulate and extend the depth of field in certain pictures, such as a landscape, so the entire depth of the picture appears to be in focus. You use a combination of an f-stop and the infinity symbol on the distance scale of a lens to set hyperfocal focusing."

A better definition:

Hyperfocal Distance: The closest focusing distance that includes infinity within the DOF for a given aperture. Gives the maximum DOF possible for a given aperture.
