That's all we have been doing with travel restrictions. Well not super long drives.  But we have gone on a number of 2-3 hour drives around here in the last few months.

Our restrictions just lifted somewhat. We can now travel within our province (state).
It is better than to the closest shop, for two months.

All lockdown did, was to make govt ready with beds.
Our province (state) was ready 2 weeks before lockdown ended with their 980 beds as estimated. The province next door still do not have 10% beds ready 2 weeks after extreme lockdown ended.
Difference between ruling party and opposition.

The Spanish Flu took about two years to work itself out.
I think we have another 18 month left of dodging an unseen bug.

There are very clever doctors all over the world working with this. If someone finds something that works, we will know. If WHO do not listen to them, there is social media.
