Gotta get there in June, and be lucky. I was there another time in early June, and it was closed, bcause of snow!!!

Thanks, Scotty. This is from Hurricane Ridge, near Port Angeles, on the Olympic Peninsula, WA. It is over 6,000ft, and you can look towards MtOlympus (the first shot in this series)and the Olympics chain to the south, and north where you see Puget Sound,the Juan de Fuca Straight, and BC....that's on a really clear day... Worth the trip, and bring gloves!
