Double camera straps?

I'm thinking about getting one of those RS DR-1 double camera straps from black rapid, but was wondering if these becoming annoying? I'm referring to the camera's on your side as you are walking, do they bounce all over the place, feel right? Can you adjust the height?

I haven't tried one myself yet but I have looked at them. Supposedly they take the weight of camera away from the neck and redistribute it along the shoulders, making carrying the camera much more comfortable that the simple neck strap. Sounds good. I can't see that the camera would bounce any more one a double strap and one the single one.

I have one, but it's not for double, its a single... and made specifically for a woman... I LOVE it - use it ALL the time... the only problem I have with it, is, I am very short, and therefore, it doesn't fit "exactly" as though it would on someone a little taller, so I am trying to come up with a way to shorten it just a bit...But other than that, I do really love it - and I use it with my hand strap attached too, so I have something to help with the "grab" when going for the camera, other than Just the camera.

The goal is not to change your subjects, but for the subject to change the photographer. ~Author Unknown
