Tell us about your first photo that really validated your interest as a photographer.

I found an addiction in taking photos even if they had no meaning or just something I liked before 2013 I haven't touched a camera since High School of 2003 in Film Class for credits to graduate. And today I decided to cross back to my old footsteps and take on Analog only which has been the best decision I've made today!

What do you enjoy photographing the most?

It’s hard for me to open up to most I tend to keep to myself allot I share moments of mine with family and loved ones. Photography has made me stand back and cherish my surroundings and not take things for granted.

What has been your proudest moment as a photographer?

That’s hard to say I'm not PRO I'm still growing as a person and a photographer soaking up from my surroundings and projecting them into my views of life to shares for others to overcome obstacles and challenges

How do you feel photography has impacted the way you see the world?

Has made a huge difference shooting mostly street photography this year documenting the cultural diversity in San Francisco. It’s sad to say that it has been losing its true history and values that each district provides.

What do you see photographers doing today, that if done differently tomorrow would improve their success?

What is your best photography related tip?

It’s hard to say I learn a lesson and story from all I can’t say I chooses one from the other, they all have their differences.

What would you like for people take away from your work?

Truly to inspire other to be themselves everyone’s surroundings are different; you can always have an inspiration or a role model in life. I’m from an era watching the internet start and before then there was no google search to find answers all we had was TOWER RECORDS & MTV.

What are some ‘must have’ items in your camera bag?

I like to pack very very light, depending on what I am looking to shoot that day I choose between 6 cameras’ and usually carry 1-3 of on me at all times.

With that said I shoot all Analog, so film cameras are COMPACT and easier to lug around on the daily!

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what is the ONE photography book you would want to have with you?

I’m not one to carry books around really, If I were on an island I would be paying attention to my surrounding and survival skills like the movie “Beach”

We want you to be in the middle of the conversation.

Do you want to share your story

YES, I WANT TO SHARE MY STORY
