Really nice, did you offer him a treat to get him close to you?
Every time I tried to photograph the one up the road from me he takes off.
My grandmother in the nursing home where she is at, says they like peanut butter
coated clean chicken pieces no breading. I looked up online and other say the same thing
so might be worth trying that out.

Robbie, you must be ready for politics .... I didn't understand anything you typed!

  Robbie, Robbie, Robbie.....I thought you were implying that I'd lost my touch. ;)
 Who wound you up?! HaHaHa , thank you my friend! :)

Thank you Provo, No, I wasn't feeding him-only talking to him. If you keep seeing the same one, you oughta try that too....just sit and wait for him to show up and then start talking to him, he might come closer. Send some good vibes out into the universe too.....you'll be pleasantly surprised....:)

Thank you so much Bob, lol, I agree with you on Robbie, and your last statement too. :)

Such amazing photos. Your patience is a true virtue, Shanna. I think Bob would back me up, patience is a key to wildlife photography. You can't just run up to them and start shooting.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Thanks a bunch everyone, I really appreciate your comments! Oh how right you are John....sometimes I've waited out there for 3+ hours for something to show up....sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. But That's half the fun.... it also gives me lot's of "quiet time", time to write..... I love it. :)

Thank you so much Randy, Oh dear, two legged ones too? We've only got the 4 legged type here..... LOL ! ;)
