Am I the only person that finds it disturbing that the school officials covered up shoulders? Is it just me, or does that come across as rather creepy?

Because, Lord knows, it's not like we've ever seen shoulders.

I don't see the issue as having anything to do with photography, and everything to do with school officials, modern culture, and serious personal issues.
