Using Airbnb for photo shoot locations

I don't have a studio and I'm not excited about using my home for studio work.  I have been looking on Airbnb and noticing the prices here is much less than renting a room at hotels.  This has me thinking a little and wondering if other photographers have used this site for on location photo shoots?

I would check their fine print. I can't imagine they would be OK with that.  Would fall into commercial use, which might open up a big liability door.

I haven't read there TAC, but I would bet Dana is correct about using the space for commercial use.

I wouldn't want someone using my house for commercial use.  Wasn't this a topic a few months ago when a Airbnb user used a NYC persons apartment for a porn shoot?  I would bet this is a big no no.
