Since the D50 came out. Whenever that was I really never remember years they seem to merge. Been shooting Slrs since the 70s.

Sorry yes - I've been using DSLR for ten years - we went over to the Nikon D1 in 2001 from using Nikon F90x and F5...

I had my first SLR when I was 11 years old - a Pentax Spotmatic-S given to me by my Grandfather.
Bought my first Nikon when I was 16 - a second-hand Nikon F2-AS with a new 35mm f/2 lens.
Never looked back since.

Whenever I got the 40D. It was probably about 3 years ago I think... maybe 4...

the first year or so shooting 6.5fps all the time made my mind a bit hazy. :toocrazy:
