Old stuff?

I was looking at a few other threads with regards to older/used gear, it reminded me of the things I wish to keep. I don't wonder about my sanity anymore, I just don't care. Anyway, does anyone care to share any pics or stories about the dustier side? Here is a sick pic, note that these are all in top working condition.................

Like the "old" gear....Most of my shots of my gear are just the "snapshot" variety...Like this shot of my lens cabinet a few years back (only Nikkors & Nikon mount lenses except for the 400mm Sharpshooter in the back...

That's correct. You have some beauties there.
I believe if any of mine didn't work, I'd get rid of them. Kind of fun to sometimes grab my F100, or N90s, slap a roll of film in it and go out snapping away.
My oldest son learned photography on my old Nikkormat FTN, to this day he shoots his digital camera in manual mode 95% of the time. They are still great cameras...............:)

I still have all of my old Nikon film cameras (plus a few other brands as well) and need to use up the film in the fridge before it gets too out of date...All print film though ( thankfully since Dwayne's isn't doing Kodachrome slides any longer).. I also have a slew of fixed lens rangefinders that I got off of eBay. Went & re-foamed them & cleaned them up. Waiting on a 3 stage lens hood for the Yashica Lynx 14 so I can give it a whirl with it's 45mm F1.4 lens

The only camera I have from my film days is my Pentax MX with its 50mm. The reason I never sold it is that it was the first brand new camera I ever had. The only camera I wish I had never sold was my Crown Graflex that was a beauty. I got it at a garage sale for $40, the woman had it priced at $50 but I only had the forty so she sold it to me.
