They are. Ive had both side by side and the 17 is a bit too large for moving about.

I think you're crazy omar. I own both, and have used both A LOT. I have a bag I carry my laptop around in, and they both fit the same way ;P

When i open the 17 it feels like im parting the red sea  I can barely use my 15 now on a plane. If i used the 17 i would end up hitting somone in the back of the head :p

Thats what an extra inch on width and depth does :p

I owned a 17" some time ago, great computer but very bulky, since that lap top, the largest I will go is a 15" wide screen which seems perfect. I have gone with screens smaller, but always go back to the 15". Easier to see things.

Love my 15.6 inch Dell because it fits in my camera backpack. Beats the 14 inch gateway I was using by a mile. Would love to have a Macbook Air, looks like a much lighter laptop from what I've seen.

They're extremely light and thin. When I was using the smaller one at best buy, I was afraid I was going to break it.

I'm guessing they'll have a lot of makeup artists.

I'd bring primes if I had them, so i could avoid hand zooming and do more foot zooming.
