The great thing about incorporating water into the foreground of landscape images is that it acts both as a mirror to reflect the rest of the scene and as a way to brighten the foreground. This photo by Jens Klettenheimer didn’t need any brightness in the foreground, but the glasslike surface of the water is certainly a showstopper!
