When creating landscapes, vertical aspect images shouldn’t be discounted. In this case, shooting in portrait mode allowed the photographer, Tony Sweet, to incorporate more of the color and texture of the foreground into the shot. Combined with the smooth texture and bright color of the clouds, it makes for one stunning shot!
