The key to a great black and white photo is adding elements that interest the eye in the absence of color. One way to do that is to focus on contrast, which this photo by Ana does well. Note the array of midtone grays as well as bright whites and dark blacks. The wisps of smoke add an interesting visual element as well. Well done!
