Paulo offers up perfection in this gorgeous image that shows the beauty of using a slow shutter. At 13 seconds, the shutter speed is fairly long, yet its effect on the photo is fairly subtle, with gently blurring of the water and the clouds. The way the boat is framed within the boat lifts is spot on, too!
