Poor cameras!

Well I guess this answers that these cameras are weather proof! By the way these aren't my cameras. A buddy of mine just emailed me these photos. :huh:

The cameras are actually perfectly fine in these shots. The battery drain is fast. I would do this with my cams btw.

I've used a hose to rinse off my d3s before.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

Regardless how weatherproof a camera was, I don't think I would do that to them.

guys, the cameras are not toys they are tools designed to be used. The cameras are fine like that - battery drain is an issue mind but otherwise the cameras are great!

You spend the extra money to be able to use them in extreme conditions. They're built more tough than you'd think ;)

I know my camera can take abuse.

I just try not to abuse it if I can. But a bit of rain or whatever wouldn't bother me too much.

Now my VIDEO camera (Canon XF300) isn't so water resistant. I have a semi-expensive rain cover for that.

wow and I though the neighbors almost flipped when I took my couch outside and scubbed it and hosed it down. You are brave!!!! :ohmy:
