Does anyone else notice how each successive copy of the above image loses saturation? Look at Jackie's shirt. Somethinng's going on here....

Can I renew my request for some explanation of the upload process thast might help me figure out what's causing the horrible color shift in my uploads? Please, compare the same image as uploaded to Flicker:

www.flickr.com/photos/perlucem/7346508654/in/photostream

and as uploaded to PT:

www.photographytalk.com/photo-galleries/...=5910#photoid=206237

You response would be very appreciated, in whatever form.

Yowser...like day & night! Are you certain that you uploaded the very same image to each?? :pinch:

What you are is so loud, I can't hear a word you say!

OOPS...forgot to address the first part, John. As to seeing a loss of saturation in the three images ( the green shirt )...I really don't, at least nothing that would have caught my eye.

Oh yes, Carol! I put all images I am planning to upload to the web into one folder, and I use it for e-mailing, posting, Flicker, etc. So it is the same image! Maybe one of the coding wizards will look as well... I just posted another three, and had to again refer to the same images on Flicker for a correct view.

Hopefully a momentary glitch. Clicks the link in an email for a PM and got this. Was able to get to the PM OK through PT.

I still have not been able to send messages other than to someone already on my friends list. One of the moderators tried to assist me with it but I haven't been able to get it to work since the changes to the site. The box just closes and won't let me add a user name I've typed in.
